To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Ship the item back to us at Near Palm Sunrise Gate, Jaipuria Block G, Bamheta, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201002 after receiving confirmation from our team.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
